CEW Return Policy
Buyer may return to Seller any goods that are damaged or defective solely by obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Seller within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Buyer must return to Seller the damaged or defective goods within the period set forth in the RMA. The RMA number must be listed on all packaging containing goods returned to the Seller. If Buyer does not request from Seller an RMA within 30 days of receiving the goods to be returned, or requests an RMA for goods that are not damaged or defective, Seller may, at its sole discretion, refuse to issue an RMA for return of the goods or may require that Buyer pay to Seller a reasonable restocking fee as a condition of issuing to Buyer the RMA.
The RMA Number
Please contact your account executive for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to CEW. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. For faster service, please submit an RA Form which will have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number, item number and serial number and the reason for the return.
For returnable items, non-defective returns may be accepted at CEWâ€™s discretion within 30 days from invoice date. All late, non-defective and/or incomplete returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All late, non-defective and/or incomplete returns will be refunded the lower of either the purchase price or current product price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. CEW will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We recommend that you choose a shipping company that is able to track your package and that you retain the provided tracking information until the refund is credited to your account. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
A minimum restock fee of 15% may be applied to products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return.
